Refunds
All of our pieces are made-to-order original garments. When you place an order for one of our jackets, we will reach out to you to verify your sizing details. Since all of our pieces are custom made to your measurements, we do not allow refunds. If you have any questions about an item, we encourage you to reach out to us at sales@curthumphries.com or via our Contact Us. We look forward to answering any of your questions and assisting in your purchase decision.

Alterations
After you receive your garment, if you are not entirely satisfied with the fit, we’re here to help. You have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it for minor alterations at no cost. After 30 days, alterations are still available, though charges may apply. Please be aware, while we will do our best to accommodate your request, not all alterations are possible. Please contact us to discuss the details and to receive authorization for any such returns.

Shipping
When sending an item to us for alterations, you will be responsible for shipping the item to us. Shipping details will be provided to you after you contact us and receive authorization.
